Manually Change IP Address

Sometimes, we need to manually change IP address to bypass or access other web page.
The problem is, we tried to find any software that will be usefull and free even though we can make it happen without software. Heres how:

For Window XP:

Go to start > Run > and type cmd

For Window 7:

Window > search program files > type cmd

A command prompt will pop up.
Type ipconfig/flushdns --> Ok
Type ipconfig/release --> OK
Type ipconfig/renew --> OK
Close the command prompt and you already change your ip address.
