SAMSUNG EXPLAINS WHY STORAGE FOR GALAXY S 4 IS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT IT TELLS USERS

Samsung Galaxy S 4

A lot of people have been complaining about the significantly reduced internal storage of the Samsung Galaxy S 4 that according to critics and even former fans, Samsung has misrepresented.  The company has explained that it is natural for the Galaxy S 4 system and features to eat up a big chunk of the internal storage and this is why they have fitted the handset with a slot for expanded memory.

However, the explanation only incensed some people who know that the reason why they need bigger storage is that Jelly Bean does not allow applications to be saved on microSD.  Some would suggest rooting the Samsung Galaxy S 4 to use an application that will allow saving apps to SD, however, many are not too keen on rooting their phones and some carriers have the bootloader for the S 4 locked so rooting would be impossible.

Samsung went on to compare the internal storage of the S 4 to S 3, saying that the latest flagship has 1GB more memory than its predecessor, but S 3 owners are quick to react that the S 3 actually has 3GB more memory than the S 4.  What a hubbub things are turning out to be!  Lets hope that Samsung gets to correct this blunder by making 32GB the standard/minimum internal mem for all its devices.
