verizon updates note ii

Verizon finally rolls out a 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for its Galaxy Note II as of today.  So if you want to update your device to take advantage of the software fixes and additions, check out your phones settings to see ifyou can already update.  Data is about 246.5 MB and you have to wait around 10 minutes to fully download the data and run it on your device.  You may also turn to XDA-developers for more details how to do it.

One of the new features that will come your Note IIs way with the new update is the Samsung Smart Switch, that will allow you to easily transfer important data from your device to another.

The new update also allows you to easily download ringback tones and images, fixes syncing issues, improved alarm clock options, security patches, and removal of Zappos.  Other additions and improvements are found on Verizons changelog.
